Job Summary
Accountable for building and maintaining customer relationships, the full-time Michigan Licensed Clinical Account Manager will manage overall account satisfaction, execute strategic plans, and ensure contract compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Performs customer-centric pharmacy services and manages financial aspects of accounts
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with pharmacy department contacts and directs operations to resolve customer service issues
- Identifies opportunities for additional services and drives up-sell of pharmacy program solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- 2+ years of management leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience in pharmacy
- Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Experience in clinical operations, quality, or project management preferred
