Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Handle patient, facility, and physician phone calls regarding ambulatory pumps and related products
Document patient interactions and clinical information accurately
Assess situations quickly and make informed decisions in a calm manner

Required Qualifications

Minimum completion of ADN or BSN
At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with IV specialty training and home health care required
Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of residence
Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred, but not required
PICC certification or OCN/INCC certification preferred, but not required
