Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Support Nurse, Part Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound phone calls from patients, healthcare facilities, and physicians regarding ambulatory pumps and related products
• Provide support and information to patients and facilities in a calm and professional manner
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records of patient inquiries and responses

Required Qualifications

• Minimum completion of ADN or BSN
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with IV specialty training and home health care required
• Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of residence
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
• PICC certification and OCN/INCC certification preferred but not required
