Job Summary

To support large-scale real estate transactions, the full-time Michigan Licensed Commercial Title Examiner will manage complex projects, analyze public records, and collaborate with underwriters and clients in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a variety of commercial transactions, ensuring all details are accurately handled
• Search and examine public records to verify ownership and identify title-related issues
• Summarize findings and prepare title commitments and reports with precision

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of commercial title insurance experience in title searching and examining
• Understanding of relevant legal and real estate terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat/Pro, and property data platforms
• Ability to analyze complex information and solve problems independently
• A high school diploma or equivalent
