Job Summary
Managing all contractual aspects of projects, the remote Michigan Licensed Contract Manager will take ownership of contract requirements, perform risk assessment and mitigation, and oversee change management processes while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of contractual requirements and act as a Business Partner for Offer Project Managers and Project Managers
- Review and analyze contracts to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies aligned with contractual clauses
- Manage the contract change and claim process to ensure compliance with contract terms and maintain positive cash flow during project execution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal, or related areas
- 5+ years of experience in contract and risk management
- Ability to navigate complex business scenarios and various contract structures
- Excellent analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
