A company is looking for an Attorney specializing in Corporate, Technology & Insurance Regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on property and casualty insurance matters, including regulatory and operational issues
• Advise on privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial and technology contracts, including those related to emerging technologies

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, preferably in insurance or regulated financial services
• Experience in property and casualty insurance law
• Strong background in privacy, cybersecurity, and data governance issues
• Experience with AI or emerging technology initiatives is preferred
