A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Michigan.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, ethical, and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and multitask while using multiple software systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to ensure a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
• Availability for remote scheduling, including weekends and holidays
• Completion of a six-week paid virtual training program is required for continued employment
