Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Detroit, MI.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation while multitasking across multiple software systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to work a full 40-hour schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Must have a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace with a stable internet connection
• Completion of a six-week paid virtual training program is required for continued employment
