A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Flint, MI.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation and multitask using multiple software systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Must reside in Michigan
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free and private workspace
• Successful completion of a six-week paid virtual training program
