Job Summary

A company is looking for a Departmental Analyst 12 - Communication, Connections and Navigation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a resource for service guidance and information on community-based services for children and youth
• Facilitate clinical reviews and assist stakeholders in accessing necessary services
• Monitor, track, evaluate, and disseminate data related to information sharing and education for families and child service professionals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in any major is required
• Preferred: Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling
• Preferred: Full or limited license as a Social Worker in Michigan
• Three years of professional experience, including one year at the experienced (P11) level in state service
• Active-duty experience in the uniformed services may substitute for education requirements
