Job Summary
To support pet families in a compassionate environment, a part-time Michigan Licensed Euthanasia Veterinarian will provide in-home hospice and euthanasia services across Ann Arbor and surrounding areas, focusing on meaningful end-of-life care without the constraints of a non-compete agreement.
Key responsibilities
- Provide in-home euthanasia and hospice care to pets and their families
- Manage a self-scheduled workload while ensuring compassionate communication with clients
- Work independently in a mobile environment, including weekend availability on a rotational basis
Required qualifications
- DVM/VMD/BVMS degree from an accredited veterinary school
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs unassisted
- Experience in end-of-life care and strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
