Job Summary

A company is looking for a Gaming Account Associate to provide support to iGaming players through phone and email.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assigned gaming accounts and re-engage inactive players
• Document call outcomes and customer feedback in CRM systems
• Upsell gaming products and maintain compliance with company policies and gaming regulations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service within a teamwork environment
• Minimum 2 years in supporting Casino VIP experience and/or equivalent sales experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional tone in customer interactions
• Willingness to work a set schedule that may include weekends or holidays
