Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Leader for Sault Ste. Marie & Mackinac Island.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide curriculum for program staff and deliver educational content to participants
• Supply supporting materials such as handouts and visual aids, and facilitate Q&A sessions
• Adhere to the organization's commitment to high-quality educational programming

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience strongly preferred
• CTP Certificate for Group Leaders required or equivalent professional tourism experience
• 1+ years of group leadership experience in educational or travel program environments
• Preferably resides in the program destination or has intimate knowledge of the area
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
