Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinician - Home Based.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children with severe emotional disturbances and their families
• Complete clinical assessments, develop diagnoses, and create person/family-centered treatment plans
• Ensure timely completion and updating of assessments and maintain accurate documentation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution
• Possess an LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, or equivalent license
• Meet qualifications of a Child Mental Health Professional (CMHP) and/or Mental Health Professional (MHP) as per Michigan regulations
• Valid motor vehicle operator's license and auto insurance
• Knowledge of co-occurring disorders (mental health and substance abuse)
