Job Summary
Supporting health, safety, and environmental initiatives, the full-time Michigan Licensed HSE Coordinator will manage compliance with OSHA/MIOSHA regulations, conduct inspections and audits, and facilitate employee training in a manufacturing plant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards
- Conduct routine inspections, audits, and assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
- Coordinate safety training and maintain employee training records and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in safety, environmental, or industrial settings
- Knowledge of OSHA/MIOSHA regulations and workplace safety practices
- Experience with training coordination and recordkeeping systems preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
