Job Summary

Supporting health, safety, and environmental initiatives, the full-time Michigan Licensed HSE Coordinator will manage compliance with OSHA/MIOSHA regulations, conduct inspections and audits, and facilitate employee training in a manufacturing plant environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards
  • Conduct routine inspections, audits, and assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
  • Coordinate safety training and maintain employee training records and documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in safety, environmental, or industrial settings
  • Knowledge of OSHA/MIOSHA regulations and workplace safety practices
  • Experience with training coordination and recordkeeping systems preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
