Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers through high-volume inbound calls
• Assist customers by educating them about coverage options and available products
• Utilize provided technology and systems to facilitate the sales process

Required Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
• A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required for bilingual positions
• Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
• Designated workspace and high-speed internet connection required for remote work
