Michigan Licensed IT Interface Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the configuration of new interfaces and enhancing existing ones for Epic applications, the full-time Senior IT Interface Analyst will troubleshoot technical issues, manage integration solutions, and collaborate with various IT teams while working remotely with occasional onsite presence around the Go-Live date.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and enhancement of interfaces for Epic applications
• Troubleshoot technical problems and analyze solutions for program/application efficiency
• Consult on integration solutions and coordinate with other IT teams to resolve workflow impacts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or 5 years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment
• Current Certification on Epic Bridges (must attain within first 6 months of hire)
• Certification on Cloverleaf interface engine (version 20.1 or higher) (must attain within first 6 months of hire)
