Job Summary

A company is looking for a State Licensed Legal Associate to join their Legal team and provide critical guidance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on consumer financial services, data privacy, lending, and regulatory compliance
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal agreements including vendor contracts and loan agreements
• Monitor changes in laws and ensure ongoing compliance while overseeing litigation management

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state
• 3+ years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Expertise in consumer financial services and privacy regulations
• Experience with contract negotiation and third-party risk management
