Job Summary

Seeking a Michigan Licensed Litigation Attorney, the fully remote position will focus on developing a personal injury practice, handling complex plaintiff-side litigation, and collaborating closely with partners on high-impact cases.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage complex litigation matters, including discovery and motion practice
• Conduct legal research and produce high-quality legal writing
• Collaborate with partners and contribute to the growth of the firm's personal injury practice

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in plaintiff-side cases
• Strong legal writing ability and academic background
• Experience with discovery, motion practice, and complex case work
• Licensed to practice law in Michigan
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
