Michigan Licensed Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and secure medical authorizations and records to support case development
• Draft and respond to discovery demands with accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare case materials and exhibits, summarize medical records and deposition transcripts, and assist with comprehensive trial preparation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate strongly preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in insurance defense or related litigation practice
• Experience summarizing deposition transcripts, assisting with discovery, and supporting trial preparation is a strong plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with legal document management systems
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently while supporting multiple attorneys and partners
