• Maintain headcount requirements and manage staffing to support compliance regulations

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies in call centers
• Expert level understanding of call center operations and analytics
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred certifications include Six Sigma, PMI, Business Analytics/Risk Management, and Workforce Certification
