Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Executive Casino Host team, focusing on performance and mentorship
• Establish goals for VIP acquisition and retention, and monitor host performance against KPIs
• Ensure compliance with responsible gaming standards and manage VIP comp budgets effectively

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in casino, iGaming, or VIP player development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of VIP player lifecycle management and host relationship strategies
• Experience with CRM platforms and analytics tools
• Knowledge of responsible gaming regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to travel and attend off-property events
