Job Summary

A company is looking for a Menopause Provider (CNM or WHNP) with a Michigan License.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating perimenopause and menopause
• Assess symptoms, develop and adjust treatment plans, including prescribing and managing medications
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation while adhering to clinical and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• Active APP license (CNM, WHNP, or NP) in Michigan
• Minimum of 3 years of menopause care experience
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently
