• Manage and recruit loan officers and Producing Sales Managers to meet sales goals
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations while generating high-quality residential mortgage loans
• Enhance community awareness and branch referrals through relationship building and outreach initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 10+ years of residential mortgage sales experience
• 7+ years of management experience in a mortgage sales environment
• Proven ability to recruit top loan officers for the assigned region
• Compliance with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act
• Bachelor's degree preferred
