Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner, Telehealth (Contract, Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based virtual care through synchronous and asynchronous consults
• Review patient intake information and conduct thorough clinical assessments
• Document patient encounters and communicate effectively with patients regarding care

Required Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner
• Currently contracted with Michigan Medicaid
• Eligible to provide telehealth services to Michigan residents
• Available for 10-20 hours per week with flexible scheduling
• 2+ years of clinical experience in relevant fields
