Job Summary

To support individuals with Substance Use Disorder (SUD), a Michigan Licensed Nurse Practitioner will provide remote telehealth assessments, medication management, and care coordination in either a full-time or part-time capacity, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct health evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for clients with SUD
  • Prescribe and manage medications while monitoring for side effects and treatment efficacy
  • Collaborate with care team members and external providers to deliver integrated, whole-person care
Required qualifications
  • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Michigan
  • Active DEA license (and CDS where applicable)
  • Several years of experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, or psychiatry
  • Board certification in specialty preferred
  • Strong documentation skills and proficiency in EHR platforms
