Key Responsibilities

Examine patients using patented remote technology in the state where licensed
Communicate with patients through specialized video conference technology
Analyze eye health and generate prescriptions for eyeglasses or contact lenses with technician support

Required Qualifications

Must hold a valid Doctor of Optometry license in Michigan
Experience in tele-optometry is preferred
Multiple state licenses are a plus
Ability to work as an Independent Contractor
Willingness to undergo credentialing and training as needed
