Job Summary
Offering a flexible opportunity for Michigan Licensed Optometrists, the full-time or part-time Independent Contractor will conduct comprehensive eye exams remotely using patented technology while collaborating with patients and support staff.
Key responsibilities
- Examine patients using remote technology in the state(s) where licensed
- Communicate effectively with patients via specialized video conferencing tools
- Analyze eye health and generate prescriptions for eyeglasses or contact lenses with the support of Ophthalmic Technicians
Required qualifications
- Valid Doctor of Optometry degree
- Current Michigan state optometry license
- Experience with tele-optometry or remote patient care is preferred
- Ability to work independently as an Independent Contractor
- Multiple state licenses are a plus
