Michigan Licensed Orthopedic Reviewer

Job Summary

To support a growing team of medical reviewers, the remote Medical Advisory Reviewer - Orthopedic Surgery (Michigan License) will conduct comprehensive reviews of clinical cases, prepare clinical summaries, and respond to client inquiries regarding Orthopedic Surgery care as a 1099 independent contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Review medical records and prepare clear, concise clinical summaries
• Provide objective, evidence-based medical opinions on Orthopedic Surgery cases
• Respond to specific questions from clients related to Orthopedic Surgery care

Required qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Michigan license/certification & US board certification
• Minimum of 5+ years of clinical orthopedic surgery experience
• Ability to attend all required orientation and training sessions
• Maintains appropriate credentialing, state licensure, and any certifications required to perform the role
