Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead designated areas within the Corporate Business Office for timely billing processing
• Oversee the application of cash and contractual adjustments, ensuring accurate posting of payments
• Build and maintain relationships with departments to resolve patient inquiries effectively

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred
• Two years of experience with healthcare accounts receivable required
• Knowledge of revenue cycle operations and related best practices
• Experience with insurance billing and patient accounting systems preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
