Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor- Payment Application to coordinate and lead a designated area within the Corporate Business Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and accurate posting of insurance and patient payments
• Research and resolve misapplied or missing payments and manage self-pay credit balances
• Maintain strong relationships with departments to address patient inquiries effectively

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred
• Two years of experience with healthcare accounts receivable required
• Knowledge of revenue cycle operations and third-party billing regulations preferred
• Experience with insurance billing and patient accounting systems preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
