Job Summary

To support clients in navigating their insurance needs, the fully remote Michigan Licensed Personal Lines Manager will provide personalized service, manage client inquiries about policies and claims, and maintain accurate client data while collaborating with the team to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide personalized client service by addressing questions regarding insurance policies, endorsements, and claims
  • Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher's technology to enhance service quality
  • Collaborate with the team to secure existing business and promote additional services
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, or High School degree/GED with 3+ years of experience
  • Active Producer's license or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire
  • Proficiency in using technology to maximize productivity and service quality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Practical experience in client-facing customer service preferred
