Michigan Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Refill Technician to provide support in the accurate and timely filling and delivery of specialty medications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with the refill process through outbound calls and manage inbound inquiries
• Coordinate medication refills, including data entry and clarifying prescription orders
• Document work across all systems and participate in process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• State registered as a pharmacy technician; CPhT certification preferred but not required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician; 5-8 years preferred
• Experience working with healthcare professionals in a medical clinic is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
• Commitment to obtaining any additional required licensure within a mutually agreed timeframe
