Job Summary
Supporting the clinical pharmacy services team, the full-time Michigan Licensed Pharmacy Technician will enhance workflow for medication therapy management, provide patient outreach and scheduling support, and assist with telephonic patient care in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conducts patient interviews and chart reviews to identify and resolve medication adherence issues
- Documents patient cases and updates medication information in the electronic health record
- Generates reports to improve clinical pharmacy quality metrics and supports patient education on medication management
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- Michigan Board of Pharmacy Technician registration/license
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with PTCB
- Three years of pharmacy technician practice
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
