Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Michigan Licensed Premier Sales Executive will pursue and retain profitable business relationships within a defined territory, focusing on proposal activity and broker development while collaborating with internal teams to ensure optimal client outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and quote on Premier Account cases, collaborating with client relationship teams and underwriters
- Review Request for Proposals (RFPs) and discuss plan features with consultants to meet client needs
- Coordinate and conduct educational sessions about Prudential's Group Insurance products and services
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated success in selling financial or health insurance to clients of various sizes
- Understanding of underwriting concepts and risk analysis
- Active Life and Health Insurance license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal partners and clients
- Successful time management skills with experience in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
