Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the fully remote Michigan Licensed PRN Therapist will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care, engage in community education, and ensure compliance with treatment protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services through group, individual, and family therapy sessions in a geriatric intensive outpatient environment
• Participate in community education initiatives regarding the importance of behavioral health for older adults
• Facilitate treatment team meetings and maintain compliant documentation of patient-centered treatment plans

Required qualifications

• Licensure in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state (e.g., LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Commitment to working with kindness and accountability to enhance patient quality of life
