Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the fully remote Michigan Licensed PRN Therapist will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to older adult patients through therapeutic services and community education while ensuring compliance with treatment protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services, including group, individual, and family therapy sessions in a geriatric intensive outpatient environment
• Participate in community education initiatives focused on the importance of behavioral health for older adults
• Facilitate treatment team meetings and develop patient-centered treatment plans while ensuring compliant documentation

Required qualifications

• Licensure in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state (e.g., LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
