Michigan Licensed Professional Counselor

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time fully remote Michigan Licensed Professional Counselor will provide outpatient therapy, conduct mental health intakes, and review documentation for LLPCs while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive mental health care, including intakes, treatment plans, and documentation
• Build and maintain a caseload of clients with direct client-facing hours
• Review and co-sign clinical notes for LLPCs on the team

Required qualifications

• Full, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor in the State of Michigan
• Master's degree in counseling or a related field from an accredited institution
• Experience in creating and implementing treatment plans and maintaining clinical documentation
• Demonstrated ability to establish and uphold ethical boundaries with clients
• Proficiency in electronic health records and day-to-day office tools; experience with Valant is a plus
