Job Summary
Leading quality improvement initiatives, the full-time Michigan Licensed Program Director will manage healthcare quality programs, oversee HEDIS performance measurement, and ensure compliance with NCQA standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversees quality improvement programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with healthcare standards and compliance requirements
- Acts as a subject matter expert, advising senior leadership on quality strategies and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
- Monitors key quality indicators and tracks program effectiveness, developing automated reporting tools as needed
Required qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in healthcare, with a minimum of 5 years in health plan quality improvement
- At least 3 years of management or leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of HEDIS/NCQA and experience with accreditation processes
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with strong strategic-thinking skills
- Experience with government-sponsored programs such as Medicaid and Medicare
