A company is looking for a Sr. Property Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex claims with minimal supervision, utilizing claims technology
• Conduct thorough investigations, evaluate damages and liability, and negotiate settlements
• Manage active files, ensure proper reserving, and mentor team members while adhering to audit guidelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must reside in Michigan, preferably in Lansing, Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids, or Ann Arbor
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field
• Associate in Claims designation or Associate in General Insurance designation
• Prior experience handling commercial property claims and large complex claims
• Proficiency with computers and current technology
