Key Responsibilities

• Oversees provider contracting functions and collaborates with operational departments
• Leads negotiations for complex contracts with providers, focusing on quality and cost-effectiveness
• Develops and implements provider contracting strategies, including value-based payment models

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in network contracting and 5 years in provider contract negotiations
• Minimum of 3 years in management or leadership roles
• Experience with managed health care provider compensation methodologies, particularly in Medicaid and Medicare
• Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
