Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Provider Network Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor provider network operational areas for compliance and develop corrective action plans as needed
• Manage the Provider Network Management dashboard and oversee compliance reporting of departmental key indicators
• Lead implementation of new initiatives and participate in various national/regional committees for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business, or related field preferred
• Minimum five years of management or supervisory experience in a progressive leadership role
• Experience in provider network management and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Ability to manage operational functions including credentialing and contract processing
• Must reside in the state of Michigan
