Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Real Estate Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs real estate development activities and supervises staff
• Identifies, evaluates, and underwrites potential real estate developments for approval
• Negotiates with community representatives and funders to facilitate property development

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred)
• Ten or more years of related experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Deep knowledge of low-income housing tax credit financing
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze complex financial models
• Valid Michigan Driver's License and relevant certifications preferred
