Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Coordinator - Access Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage referrals into and out of the clinic, including prior authorizations and medical records
• Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and update patient demographics
• Maintain effective communication with patients and adapt to changing healthcare requirements

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in health services administration or related field, or 5 years of healthcare experience
• At least three years of experience in a related field
• Knowledge of automated information systems, such as Cerner and Microsoft products, preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products is highly preferred
