Michigan Licensed Registered Nurse

Job Summary

To support a growing nursing team, the full-time Michigan Licensed Registered Nurse will conduct patient assessments by phone to determine individual needs for incontinence supplies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients, caregivers, and healthcare providers to assess eligibility for programs and complete 20-25 assessments daily
• Conduct clinical assessments, document medical histories, and monitor product usage and needs
• Obtain prior authorizations for off-formulary requests and provide education on products to staff and clients

Required qualifications

• Current Registered Nursing License (RN) with the State of Michigan
• 2+ years of relevant nursing experience demonstrating patience and strong communication skills
• Proficiency in using multiple databases and computer systems
