Michigan Licensed Registered Nurse
Job Summary
To support a growing nursing team, the full-time Michigan Licensed Registered Nurse will conduct patient assessments by phone to determine individual needs for incontinence supplies in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to assess eligibility for programs and determine product needs
- Complete 20-25 assessments daily with a focus on accuracy and documentation of medical history
- Obtain prior authorization for off-formulary requests and provide education on products to clients and staff
Required qualifications
- Current Registered Nursing License (RN) with the State of Michigan
- 2+ years of nursing experience demonstrating patience and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in using multiple databases and computer systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience with Medicare and Medicaid guidelines
