Job Summary

A company is looking for an RX Refill Specialist to support patient prescription needs and collaborate with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process prescription refill requests via calls, live chat, and electronic transmissions
• Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and follow established protocols for patient safety
• Collaborate with providers and pharmacies to ensure timely medication delivery for patients

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Technician course and/or Medical Assistant training program
• Preferred certification as a Medical Assistant or Pharmacy Technician
• 1+ years of experience in Pharmacy Technician or Medical Assistant roles involving prescription refills
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably Athena Health
