Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Roadway Engineer to join their Transportation team in Michigan.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead roadway design projects of varying size and scope
• Mentor junior staff and manage project plans, schedules, and compliance with quality and safety standards
• Interact with clients, manage expectations, and prepare design documentation

Required Qualifications

• 10 or more years of relevant engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Michigan PE license or ability to obtain one within 6 months
• Experience in infrastructure design and construction engineering
• Proficiency with MicroStation, OpenRoads, and MDOT design standards
