Michigan Licensed Services Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Services Program Manager 14 - Limited Term.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage professional staff investigating child abuse and neglect allegations and supervise foster care placements
• Assign and review CPS and Foster Care cases for compliance with policies and laws
• Provide training to staff and implement new CPS and Foster Care programs and policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a human services area or a bachelor's degree with at least 30 semester credits in relevant fields
• Three years of professional experience equivalent to a Services Specialist or Family Independence Specialist, including one year at a higher level
• At least three years of child welfare experience equivalent to a Services Specialist
• Experience in training services staff or as a program analyst in child welfare
• Completion of a supervisory training program and passing a competency-based evaluation within three months of assuming the position
