Michigan Licensed Speech-Language Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Speech-Language Pathology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to Speech-Language Pathologists and clinical staff
• Oversee speech and language evaluations, treatment planning, and service delivery in home-based environments
• Develop and standardize protocols and best practices for effective in-home service delivery

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
• Active state SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP
• Demonstrated leadership experience (lead, supervisor, or program development)
• Experience providing home-based or community-based speech therapy services (preferred)
• Experience working with children with ASD (preferred)
